MJF 3D PRINTING SERVICE
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is an industrial 3D printing technology used for the volume production of end-use parts.
MJF is a new additive manufacturing technology that uses an inkjet printhead to jet droplets of agents onto a fine layer of nylon powder. Lamps heat the agents, fusing particles of plastic powder to build parts one ultra-fine layer at a time. MJF produces highly accurate, functional parts with fine details, sharp edges and a smooth surface. No support structures are needed enabling complex geometries.

FINISH
Crisp edges and almost no visible layer lines. The surface has a grainy texture, similar to an extra strong mint.
FINISH
Our deep-dye process does not alter the part dimensions. MJF Black Dye 3D prints are black throughout the part.
FINISH
Remove the grainy texture of MJF parts for a smooth finish. Without additional colouring, the polished grey finish is visually uneven.
FINISH
Vapour Smoothing smooths and seals the surface and reduces crack initiation points, enhancing elongation at break, impact resistance, and fatigue strength.
